Gaby the guest service lady was phenomenal. I would go back again just because she and the valet man name geeta. Were super nice at check in and through out the stay. They went above and beyond to make the hotel experience exceptional. We experienced a small car remote battery issue and the staff was super helpful and friendly on top of the great experience they gave initially when we checked in. The only issue I’d say is one of the male guest service staff was not courteous and very dismissive. Besides him everything was perfect and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. I’d definitely go again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the illustrious Viceroy Hotel, and I must say, it was an experience beyond compare. From the moment I stepped foot in the lobby, I was greeted with astounding service that set the tone for the duration of my stay. The staff members were courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was nothing short of exceptional. One of the most impressive aspects of my stay was the accommodation provided for my infant son. The hotel staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure that our needs were met and that our little one was well taken care of. This level of consideration and attentiveness made our stay all the more enjoyable, and for that, we are immensely grateful. I must extend a big thanks to Enrique, one of the hotel staff members, who provided additional support and assistance during our stay. His professionalism and dedication truly made a positive impact on our overall experience, and I am grateful for the exceptional service he provided. In conclusion, my stay at the Viceroy Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the impeccable service to the clean and comfortable accommodations, every aspect of my visit surpassed my expectations. While there were additional expenses to consider, the overall experience was well worth it, and I would not hesitate to stay at this magnificent establishment again. We had an exceptional stay. Stayed here for one night only but we had amazing sleep. The hotel is very clean and chic, our room was meticulously designed… every detail was awesome. Very clean room too. We did not partake in the food downstairs but it looked great. Karen was extremely pleasant at the front desk her service should not go unnoticed. She made our stay that much better. I will definitely consider staying here upon my return to DC in the future.
